Highlands is on the 3rd floor with sweeping views over Hoan Kiem Lake and the roundabout seen in the images, a great spot to watch the crazy traffic!

They offer tasty fruit shakes, nice coffee, fast food and are open for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Also in the building is the Legends Bar, City View Cafe and a number of smaller business.
