If your heading to old Imperial City of Hue, you will find a wide and varied selection of hotels. All budgets are catered for and most hotels are conveniently located centrally near the river.
Here are few choice for your trip to Hue.
Imperial Hotel - 8 Hung Vuong Street.
With 190 odd rooms, this is the biggest and flahiest place in town. Only a year or 2 old, the Imperial is rated 5 stars for good reason!That said, with prices starting at $130USD it's not bad value!
La Residence Hotel and Spa - 5 Le Loi Street
The 4 star La Residence has been open for a year or so and gets some great reviews. Rooms start from around $150USD and it is located on the Perfume River, towards the train station. Great spa's!
These two 4 star hotels are located next door to each other and face onto the Perfume River. Popular with tour groups, both have pool, massage, restaurants and cafes. The main part of town is only a few minutes walk away and the Hue City Market is directly across the river.
Asia Hotel - 17 Pham Ngu Lao Street
Sitting in the middle of the "backpacker" area, the Asia has 60 odd rooms and pulls in a 3 star rating. The rooms are really nice and for around $40USD per room, this is a great option. It is also very handy with shops, bars, cafe and restaurants minutes away.
Vi Da Riverside Hotel - 47 Nguyen Sinh Cung Street
Another establishment on the river, the Vi Da is a little further out of town, but they have big spacious rooms and some rooms have river views. Rates start at $26USD. Popular with groups.
Sports 1 Hotel Hue - 15 Pham Ngu Lao Street
The friendly Sports 1 Hotel is a great option for the budget traveler with prices starting at around $15USD per room. Great location and great staff. There is also a Sports 2 Hotel at 6 Ba Trieu Street.
