Newly built, the area is located several km's out of District 1 and has become popular with both locals and expats. Prices for apartments vary greatly, but most ad's running in the Vietnam News would suggest 1000USD per mth is a fair starting point. Large villa's are much more!
The area has plenty of grass, trees and open areas. There are department stores, cinemas, schools, cafes, bars, travel agents, KFC and much more all with in the Phu My Hung area. Also located near by is the Vietnam-French Hospital and South Saigon Garden Club (read about it here).
