The Cau Dai Hotel is another great choice for when you visit Hoi An. The Hotel recently under went refurbishment, with the back rooms having balconies facing a really nice pool area.

Around the hotel are basic but really tasteful gardens with plenty trees and vines providing shade outside. Downstairs and upstairs of this 2 story building, they have a "lounge area", perfect for reading a book or chilling out.

Staff are great, friendly and helpful and help arrange tickets etc for you next journey. Breakfast is also included in the hotel rate and includes eggs, toast, jams, croissants, tea and coffee.

Rooms are nicely decorated with nice finishings and large beds! The back room, where we stayed was large, had a 4 post style bed with mossie net and balcony looking at the pool (See photo left and below)

The Good Oil:

Room go for around $50USD per night, including breakfast. All rooms have air-con, mini bar, cable TV and hair driers. The Cau Dai Hotel is about a 10/15 minute walk from the centre of Hoi An Ancient Town.

Having stayed here a number of times, I have found it a really nice place to stay. However the rates, now up to $50USD per night may be pushing the limits!

Tip:

There are several Motor Bike shops near the Cau Dai Hotel that hire bikes. Ask reception about hiring bikes as they try to share the business around to each shop.

Try for the back rooms, either downstairs or upstairs!
